Give companions horses, invest in the path finding skill (it is worth it) and ditch any infantry troops you're dragging around. With a party size of 8 (from your photo) you should be able to outrun most things. You either need to get faster or you need to get larger. When hovering above these enemy troops it states "following miva" or something similar. Here's an example of what I am talking about: I recruit the default warriors that cost 10 denar each. I am aware that the pathfinding skill improves map speed (is this significant enough to invest in it?) and usually all or most of my troops are mounted. With requirements I mean like being out of a certain range, being covered by a city, woods, mountains. What are effective strategies to prevent battles against stronger armies? What are the requirements for the bandits to stop following me? I'd like to prevent these battles that I will lose with certainty. Usually this ends up in a battle where I lose my entire crew and end up even more vulnerable to these bandits. Either by chasing me into another group of bandits or by running faster. They prevent me from reaching where I want to go and occasionally catch on to me. For example, I got a Track quest to hunt down Sea Raiders in Richaveg, but I finally found them southwest of Ismiralla Castle near Sargoth. In Mount and Blade (the original, vanilla) I keep getting chased by much stronger enemies (looters, steppe bandits, deserters etc). You need to ask more people, and once you do find a NPC who has seen the bandits they"ll probably give you an unhelpful answer like: "I saw them 8 days ago at blah blah blah."The bandits can also go a far ways away from the city you received the quest. See more: See You Again Charlie Puth Solo, See You Again (Solo Version) in a camp), so You have a greater chance to catch up with the mounted bandits by your cavalry. There should be a possibility to "store" your footmen (f.e. And for me it is also imposssible to hunt any nomad bandits. I am having the same problem with taking the quest and never finding the "blue" bandits. They can sometimes spawn a long way from the actual place they should, but mostly they spawn near the village. Only way it can be done other then disbanding army is maybe garrison all troops in castle then chase. But they move at like speed 8 or something absoulutely absurd like that and are impossible to catch. Ya I had this quest and a band opf bandits (4 in band) spawned for me. However, it seems that this quest is randomly bugged, meaning that sometimes it will work, sometimes it just won"t. It was meant to work like this:You accept the quest, a group of raiders/looters/bandits spawn close to the village easily recognizable due to their blue name.
